Hi Crew

A huge thank to you all for your support, dedication, patience, perseverance and help over the past nearly 10 years - and the thanks also go to your families for allowing you all out so often.

What started off as an 'I'd really like to sing Shanties' thought eventually developed into something truly wonderful and memorable not only for ourselves but for everyone who has experienced Shanty Magic.

Thank you for your incredibly generous redundancy package that will go towards a trip back home to find Lou again, the Mary Ellens, my old schoolmate Les - who gave me the inspiration for PoG - and a visit to the Pier Head for a trip on the ferry across the Mersey. It'll be great.

I've so many happy memories, made great friends and have enough stories to bore many a person with for years to come.

I say, with a tear in my eye (!), what an adventure, long may it continue.
