We are so proud to be the only band sprinkling shanty magic at The Maddermarket to raise moeny for the RNLI in its 200th year. The enthusiastic audience of 200, with the RNLI volunteers raised a whopping £2,747.13.

Helen, a volunteer said she “had a fantastic evening, singing, clapping until hands hurt and a lot of laughs”.

We would like to thank our audience and friends for coming to our sold out gig at the Swaffham Assembly Rooms on such a stormy night. What a fabulous evening where over £200 was raised for the Mundesley Inshore Lifeboat.

£1,200 raised for Mundesley Volunteer Inshore Lifeboat

For the past 12 months we have had bucket collections at our gigs for this incredibly worthy cause. Today we received the following message from the Crew, Directors and Friends following our donation of £1,200-00.

“Your donation could not have arrived at a better time. We are in the final stages of constructing a building to house one of our launching tractors and we would like to put your donation towards this important project.

This project also involves improving the personnel access around our boathouse with an upgrade to the lighting.

 We are very grateful for all the help and support you have given to us, it means a great deal to us.
